Software that fits the way your business works.

Bring your people, processes and information into one connected system. We plan, design and build custom software around the work you need to do.

A2 Nexus business platform on a laptop

Less passing things around.
More working together.

When spreadsheets, separate apps and manual handovers get in the way, a shared platform can connect the steps.

  • Give your team one place to manage the work.
  • Make approvals and customer updates part of the workflow.
  • Connect the tools you already use where it makes sense.

Built for the way
these businesses work.

Two different platforms. A closer look at the interfaces, workflows and tools we brought together.

A clear plan.
A build you help shape.

Know what happens next, what you’ll review and what needs your approval. We agree the requirements before development and keep the work visible along the way.

If priorities change, we review the effect on scope, timing and cost together before adding the work.

Talk through your project
  1. 01

    Understand your requirements.

We learn how your business works, who will use the software and where the current process gets stuck. Existing tools, data and integrations are part of the conversation.

You review: the problem, users and priorities.
  2. 02

    Agree and lock the scope.

We document the requirements, responsibilities, priorities and acceptance criteria. Together we agree what goes into the first release and what can come later.

You approve: the scope and delivery plan.
  3. 03

    Map the customer journey.

We map the steps for customers, staff and administrators. Key actions, handovers and permissions are worked through before the screens are designed in detail.

You approve: the journeys and core workflows.
  4. 04

    Design and approve the UI/UX.

Wireframes and a clickable prototype make the experience tangible. You review the navigation, layouts and visual direction before full development.

You approve: the interface and prototype.
  5. 05

    Review the first working build.

We build the core flow first so you can try it. This is the point to validate the journey in working software and resolve important feedback before the wider build.

You review: the first build and key interactions.
  6. 06

    Develop the full platform.

We complete the agreed features, integrations, user roles and data flows. Staging reviews let you follow progress and give feedback as the product takes shape.

You review: working features at agreed checkpoints.
  7. 07

    Test the experience together.

We check the agreed workflows, permissions, integrations and responsive behaviour. Your team reviews the product against the acceptance criteria before release.

You approve: the tested release candidate.
  8. 08

    Deploy and run final checks.

We prepare the hosting, configuration, access and any agreed data migration. After deployment, we check the live environment and confirm the release is ready.

You review: the deployment and launch checks.
  9. 09

Release, hand over and plan ahead.

We complete the final release and walk your team through the product. Source access, documentation, hosting responsibilities and any ongoing support are agreed as part of the handover.

You receive: the product, handover and next-step plan.

The details matter.
We agree them early.

What the system needs to connect to, where it runs and who looks after it should be clear before the build.

Existing systems
We review what to keep, improve or integrate.
Data and access
We define user roles, permissions and any migration requirements.
Hosting and ownership
We agree the deployment setup, source access and responsibilities.
After launch
We discuss handover, maintenance and future improvements.

Before we start.

Do we need a complete technical brief?

No. Start with the job you need the software to do, the people who will use it and what is difficult today. If you already have requirements, designs or a prototype, we can start there too.

Can we start with a smaller first release?

Yes. We can define a focused first release around the most useful workflow, then plan later features from what you learn. The scope is agreed together.

How are timelines and cost decided?

We first review the requirements, integrations and complexity. We then agree the delivery approach, estimate and review points before development begins.

Can the software connect to our current tools?

We assess your existing tools and their available interfaces before recommending an integration. We look at what can be retained rather than assuming everything needs replacing.

What should your
software make easier?

Tell us about the workflow, the people and the problem. We’ll help you work out a practical next step.
